Soak the beans overnight, the next day cook them in a casserole filled with cold water with thyme, onion, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 1 hour at a gentle boil (low heat)

Rub an earthenware pot with garlic.

Place in it the confit duck, sausages, diced bacon, add the beans and part of their cooking liquid.

Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
