Grill the bell peppers in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 180°C (Th.

While this is cooking, core the tomatoes: the operation is easier if you make a small cut on them beforehand; then plunge them into boiling water for 5 seconds.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters; remove the seeds.

Mix in a bowl the goat cheese, feta, cream cheese, and basil to obtain a smooth paste; season.

Remove the peppers from the oven and peel off the skin and seeds.

Line a cake mold with slices of raw ham, taking care to center the slices so that they extend on both sides of the dish.

Layer successively a layer of peppers, a layer of cheese mixture, and a layer of tomatoes.

Fold the edges of the raw ham slices over the terrine.

Bake for 10 minutes.
