Carrot Tarts
A simple recipe for tartelettes that will make you adore carrot!

Cook the carrot in a pot of salted water until it is tender, then peel and slice it into rounds.

Prepare the puff pastry to obtain a rolling pin, then cut it into 3 circles.

Roll them out inside 3 tartlet molds and place a baking paper sheet and some uncooked dried vegetables on each pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven at 210°C (th.6) for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the cream with the shredded cheese, egg, and bacon until you get a homogeneous mixture.

As soon as the tartelettes are cooked, remove the baking paper and dried vegetables and place carrot slices and small pieces of preserved tomatoes on top, cover with the cream mixture and bake for another half hour.

Serve immediately.
