Crumbly apples and raspberries

Peel, core, and slice the apples into not too thick slices

Arrange the apples at the bottom of a mold, then drizzle with a little lemon juice and cover with raspberry jam (or preserve if jam is unavailable)

In a bowl, mix: flour, sugar, almond flour, and softened butter cut into small pieces

Work the mixture by hand until you obtain a sandy preparation

Cover the apples with the sandy dough (the almond flour gives a fragrant taste to the baked dough but makes it very sandy before cooking; it may crumble slightly, so it needs to be spread as evenly as possible)
