Cut the butter into pieces and put it with the flour in the mixing bowl of the stand mixer.

Start mixing to completely flake the ingredients.

Mix until the dough does not stick.

Place the ball of dough in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic wrap for 1 hour.

Put the almond powder in a stand mixer and add at intervals sugar, cinnamon, and mix well.

Make a well in the center and pour in the orange flower water, then add the liquid vanilla.

Knead until the dough forms a ball.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Roll out the dough very thinly, about 2 mm thick.

Use a cookie cutter to cut circles from the dough.
