In a bowl, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes white and frothy.

Add the raspberry coulis to this mixture.

Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt before gradually adding this mixture to the previous preparation.

Stir vigorously.

Once the mixture is well homogeneous, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Pour powdered sugar onto a flat plate.

Then, roll small balls of dough and roll these balls in the powdered sugar.

Press your balls to flatten them by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake your Crinkles at 170°C for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle them with powdered sugar!
