Halloween Cupcake
For a tempting Halloween snack, prepare some pumpkin-colored cupcakes!

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Melt the butter slightly and beat it with the brown sugar until you get a sort of cream.

Gradually add the eggs, flour, and baking powder.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath then mix it into the preparation.

Distribute the preparation into cupcake molds.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone with the cream.

Add a drop of food coloring then whip until firm peaks form.

Chill the mixture.

Once cooked, place the cakes in paper cupcake liners.
