Pâte à crêpes : In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

Make a well in the center, crack the eggs into it, and gradually mix with milk and melted butter first using a wooden spoon then with an egg whisk to remove lumps.

When the batter is smooth and homogeneous, add the kirsch. Let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature.

Prepare the crêpes in a well-oiled and hot pan.

Garniture preparation: Carefully sort and wash the red berries, then dry them on a towel.

Place them in a bowl with both sugars and kirsch, then mix.

Chocolate sauce preparation: Melt the broken chocolate pieces in a bain-marie with cream.

Assembly of the filled crêpes: To serve, fill the crêpes with macerated red berries, then fold them into quarters by pressing the edges towards the center.
