    Cut the top off the apples.

    Core the inside, removing the core. Mash the inside of the apples to make a puree.

    Pour the 2 tablespoons of honey over the puree and mix.

    Sprinkle with brown sugar, then add a piece of butter on the preparation.

    Reattach the top of the apples.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
