Thaw the lobsters if necessary by submerging them in hot water for a few minutes, then clean and remove the meat Chop the lobster meat into small pieces Finely chop the 10 cloves of garlic and sauté them in a pan with a pat of butter for 2 min Add the 4 peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces and let simmer on low heat for 15 min Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and cook the 400 gr of spaghetti for 10 min (according to package instructions) then drain them and add a drizzle of olive oil Once the tomatoes are well reduced, pour in 15 cl of white wine, 10 cl of cream, the lobster meat, a pinch of salt and pepper, then let cook for 5 min Serve the pasta and pour the preparation on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
