Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature.

Work the softened butter and powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy.

Add the egg yolks, milk, orange zest, and salt, mix well.

Gradually add the sifted flour until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm on a floured surface, cut small stars using a cookie cutter, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 210°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
