    Boil the milk with the salt and vanilla sugar.

    In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, sugar, flour, and cornstarch.

    Pour the mixture into the boiling milk while stirring vigorously.

    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and remove from heat.

    Let it cool down.

    Place the pastry in a tart pan and cover it with a parchment paper that you will fill with dried beans.

    Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Let it cool, remove the beans and the paper, and fill with the cream.

    Garnish with peeled and sliced oranges.

    Sprinkle with a little semolina sugar and bake again for 20 minutes.
