Potato and Tuna Tart

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Pre-cook them in a pot of water until they are still firm when cooked.

In a mixing bowl, add the cream and egg yolks.

Mix well.

Drain the tuna so that there is almost no water left, then add it to the cream and egg yolk mixture.

Add 150g of grated cheese, season with salt and pepper, and add a bit of herbs de Provence or other herbs according to your taste.

Line a baking dish with high sides with the pre-cooked potatoes.

Gently add the mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Towards the end of cooking, sprinkle some grated cheese and brown it.
