Salmon and Spinach Lasagna

Boil the lasagna sheets until they are partially cooked.

Cut the fresh salmon into small cubes of about 1 cm.

Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes as well and mix them with a bit of olive oil.

Heat the spinach portions in the microwave, then mix them with the ricotta.

Grease a baking dish, place the first layer of lasagna sheets at the bottom, add a layer of spinach and ricotta, followed by a layer of two types of salmon, then another layer of lasagna sheets, and repeat this process.
