    Prepare a fritter batter: Mix the flour with the eggs.

    Dilute with milk, season with salt and pepper.

    Incorporate chopped parsley.

    Wash and pat dry the zucchini, slice them into very thin strips without peeling.

    Heat the frying oil to about 150°C.

    Dip each slice of zucchini in the fritter batter, then drop it into the hot oil.

    Fry until golden brown for 3 or 4 minutes.

    Drain the fritters and place them on a plate lined with a folded towel.

    Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
