    For the filling, chop the two types of meat and mix it with the finely chopped onion, shallots, and parsley.

    Gently work in the pulp from the zucchini.

    Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes, adding it to the filling.

    Using a tablespoon, stuff the zucchini with this filling.

    Place the stuffed zucchini in a baking dish, add some broth and a drizzle of olive oil at the bottom of the dish, and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
