Fry the bacon lardons in a well-heated skillet for 5 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour to make a béchamel sauce.

Slowly pour in the milk while constantly stirring without stopping.

Add the emmental cheese into the béchamel sauce.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool down.

Preheat the oven to 200 °c (th. 6/7).

Roll out the pastry on a baking dish.

Break the eggs into a bowl, beat them and mix them with the cheese mixture.
