Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide.

Roll them on greased metal cones.

Seal the edges well to prevent the filling from leaking later.

Brush with egg yolk using a brush and stand them upright on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (th. 6).

Chop the hard-boiled eggs and olives.

Mix them with mayonnaise.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the metal cones and keep only the dough tubes.

Fill them with the tuna mixture.

Add a bit of gruyère.

Bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
