    Rinse the potatoes, prick them, and cook in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.

    Cut the potatoes in half, hollow out until 1 cm from the edge, making sure not to pierce them.

    Coarsely mash the flesh with a fork, incorporate the cream, herbs, salt, and pepper.

    Fill each half potato with this mixture.

    Cut the ham slices into small pieces and incorporate them into each stuffed half potato.
