Roll out the pastry on a baking tray and prick the base.

Next, peel and chop the onions, melt butter and 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the chopped onions.

Fry everything for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of flour, stir, and continue cooking.

Then add the milk and cream, and mix until you get a roux consistency.

Cook for 2 more minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs, add some cinnamon, then pour the eggs into the mixture.
