Fill the Chinese dumpling wrappers with the filling by placing a few drops of water on the edges before closing, and put a bit of flour in a plate before laying them down. In a pan, pour a drizzle of sunflower oil, cook the dumplings until they brown then add enough water to cover the dumplings and cover. Check the cooking frequently, and once the water has evaporated, let it cook for 1-2 minutes to crisp up.
