Pour the flour and a teaspoon of salt into a wide container

In a glass, add 30 cl of warm water, yeast, and sugar then mix with a spoon and slowly pour into the flour while kneading everything together

Continue to knead until you get an elastic but firm dough, and if it seems too hard, add some water (a maximum of one teaspoon)

Let the dough rest for an hour by covering your container

After 1 hour, place the dough on a floured work surface, cut into 10 portions and flatten each to get a large, very thin disc of dough (just a few millimeters thick)

Heat your skillet and cook each portion without adding any fat for about 1 minute per side

Choose your filling (beef, chicken, tomatoes, onions, lettuce...) to fill the pitas and roll them up: it's ready!
