    Incise the leg and place the garlic cloves in these cuts.

    Make deep incisions of about 1 cm.

    Mix together the lemon juice, orange juice, 200 gr of honey, chopped rosemary, minced ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and cloves.

    Marinate the leg overnight in this mixture (approximately 12 hours).

    Preheat the oven to 210°C (th.7).

    Place the meat in a roasting pan.

    Brush it with the remaining honey and pour the marinade over it.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.

    Place them around the leg of lamb in the pan and pour the marinade over them.

    Bake for 15 minutes then reduce the heat to 180°C (th.6) for 1 hour.
