    In a saucepan, melt the sugar and water and boil for 5 minutes, then let it cool down.

    Remove the flesh from a well-flavored pineapple.

    Blend it in a mixer.

    Once the syrup is cold, add the wine, lemon juice, and pineapple pulp to it. Pour the mixture into a plastic container (like a commercial ice cube tray) and freeze for at least 1 hour.

    When frozen, remove the granité and scrape it with a fork.

    Repeat this process three times.

    Just before serving, distribute it in wine glasses and, if desired, pour a tablespoon of Moscatel per person over each glass.

    You can also decorate the granité with some fresh berries.
