    Fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes, turning them occasionally.

    Add the sauternes, broth, lemon juice, coriander, salt, and pepper.

    Bring to a boil, cover the casserole, and bake in a hot oven at 190°C (thermostat

    Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and place them on a warm platter.

    Strain the juice into another pot.

    Mix the cornstarch and cream, add them to the juice in the pot.
