    Wash the zucchini and cut off their ends.

    Steam them for 20 minutes until they are tender.

    Preheat your oven to 180°c.

    Prepare a béchamel: melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour.

    Mix with a whisk for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Gradually pour in the milk while mixing to thicken the béchamel.

    Grate the nutmeg and remove from heat.

    Wrap the zucchini in slices of ham and arrange them in an ovenproof dish.

    Add the béchamel.

    Sprinkle with grated comté cheese.
