    Preheat your oven to 200°C.

    Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain marie.

    Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture lightens, then add the flour followed by the melted chocolate and butter mixture.

    Line your lollipop mold with this chocolate mixture, close it well, and bake for ten minutes at 180°C. Then let it cool before dipping.

    Glazing: melt your three coating chocolates separately in a bain marie.

    Dip your lollipop sticks in the melted dark chocolate before sticking them into your chocolate balls.

    Then gently dip the balls in all three melted chocolates and decorate with your choice of topping.
