Wash and then slice the leeks into thin rounds, sauté them in a pan with plenty of butter for about 15 minutes (stir frequently).

Cook the tagliatelles according to the package instructions.

Once the leeks are well softened, add the lardons and fry until golden.

Remove from heat, add the heavy cream and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the tagliatelles, place them in a dish and pour the leek sauce over them.
