Pasta with peas, leeks, and bacon
Add a spring twist to your pasta with this vegetable and bacon recipe!

Boil water in a large pot.

Wash the leeks, slice the white parts into rounds.

Cut the bacon into small pieces.

Add the pasta to the pot when the water is boiling.

In a skillet, put 2 tablespoons of oil and add the leeks and bacon.

Stir constantly for 8 minutes to prevent the leeks from burning (if necessary, add 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water).

When there are 6 minutes left for the pasta to cook, add the peas to the boiling water with the pasta.

Add the cream, lemon juice drips to the skillet and stir (for 5 minutes).

Drain the pasta and peas, add them to the leek and bacon sauce, and stir for 2 minutes. You can add some grated Parmesan cheese.
