    Translate the following text from French to English:   Ask your butcher to cut the meat into pieces of about 100 gr each.

    Peel the onions then cut them into slices.

    Use the value of 2 onions.

    Reserve the rest.

    Heat the oil in a pot and brown the meat pieces.

    When they are blond, add the two onions, almonds, pepper, saffron, and butter.

    Cover with enough water to just reach the ingredients.

    Cook on medium heat for 60 minutes. Remove and keep the meat warm.

    Wash then chop the parsley and coriander.

    Add them to the sauce along with the remaining onions and saffron.
