Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature.

Grate the zest from the lemons.

Work the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is creamy.

Add the eggs, mix well, incorporate the almond powder, lemon zest, add the sifted flour little by little and knead thoroughly until you obtain a smooth and soft dough.

Form a ball with the dough, wrap it in food wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper cookies in the shape of flowers using a piping bag with a star tip.

Fill the cookies with candied fruits.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cookies are lightly golden.
