Brioche burger buns:

In a large bowl, pour the milk and fresh yeast then mix.

Pour 500 gr of flour into a large mixing bowl with a pinch of salt then add 1 egg and the butter (remember to take it out of the fridge in advance).

Then mix with a soup spoon before kneading the dough by hand, adding the milk/yeast mixture.

You should get a large homogeneous ball of dough.

Let it rest for 1 hour. Flour your work surface and cut a piece of dough from the ball to work like pizza dough, roll it between your hands then on the floured work surface.

Make 6 brioche burger bun balls and cut them in half.

Brush the top of your buns with 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk.

Bake your brioche buns for 15 minutes at 180°C, preheated oven.

Let the burger buns cool for 5 minutes.

Generously fill the buns with Nutella.
