Wash, grate, and chop the courgettes, then sauté them in a little olive oil.

At the end of cooking, remove the water they have released.

Cut 6 slices of coppa into small pieces and keep the rest for decoration.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, eggs, and parmesan; season.

Add to the preparation the courgettes, coppa, and chopped basil.

Pour the mixture onto the tart base and cover with the remaining slices of coppa.

Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
