Sauté pork with broccoli
A perfect recipe with Asian flavors to cook broccoli!

Cooking is fairly quick, so prepare the ingredients beforehand.

Soak the Chinese noodles in warm water for an hour before starting.

Coarsely chop the onion.

Peel the garlic cloves and mix them with the onion.

Peel the ginger root, grate enough to equal 2 tablespoons or to taste, then mix it into the garlic-onion mixture.

Peel the carrots, cut them into thin slices.

Wash and chop the broccoli into small clusters.

Rinse the Chinese cabbage and cut it into thin strips.

In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil very hot, then quickly fry the pork.

Quickly fry the onion-garlic-ginger mixture, add some more oil if needed.

Return the pork to the pan, then add the carrots and season with salt, pepper, and curry. Sauté continuously for
