Wash and chop the garlic cloves and onions.

In a bowl, add the cloves of garlic and cardamom seeds then mix everything together.

In a heated pot, pour a drizzle of oil and sauté the onions, then add the garlic, coconut milk, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of chili paste.

Add the 2 liters of chicken broth and rice then let it cook for 15 minutes.

Cut the cod into small pieces, mix it with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce in a mixing bowl, then pour everything into the pot to cook for 5 minutes.

In a pan, fry the cashew nuts for 2 minutes, then fill the bowls with the preparation and garnish with some cashews and cilantro leaves.
