    Choose the quantity of shells you need.

    prefer those with well-red coral and white, firm flesh.

    Preheat the oven.

    Clean the shells, place nuts and coral on top.

    Chop the garlic and mince it.

    Chop the fresh parsley.

    Grate some parmesan.

    Place a bit of garlic, parsley, a pat of butter, a sprinkle of salt and pepper on each nut.

    Sprinkle everything with parmesan.

    Once the oven is hot, bake it in.

    Leave in the oven for about ten minutes, until the flesh is cooked and the parmesan melted.
