In a 2-liter pot of water, cook the beans by adding the bouquet garni. In a wide pan, pour a drizzle of oil and brown the cod (deboned, boneless), salmon, and langoustines. Once the fish is cooked, set aside and add to the pan chopped onion and garlic in small pieces to sauté. Then pour the contents of the pan and the fish (cut into pieces) into the pot with three glasses of water for cooking. Let boil for 5 minutes while stirring, then pour everything into a dish. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at thermostat 6 (180°C), adding breadcrumbs 5 minutes before the end.
