Heat the oil in a large wok-style pan.

Cut the shallots into small pieces and sauté them in the pan.

Once they are translucent, add the ground meat.

Cook until the meat is well cooked and browned.

Season with salt and pepper, then add the paprika.

Add the rice.

When it is well translucent, add the water, bouillon cube, and spinach afterwards.

Boil until the water is fully absorbed by the rice (stir regularly).

Add more water if the rice is not cooked perfectly.

Add the lemon juice once the water has been absorbed.

Add the yogurt off the heat, stir, and adjust the seasoning.
