    Wash the tomatoes well, cut off the top, scoop out the inside using a spoon to stuff them, season them.

    In a mixing bowl, mix the ground meat with the egg, cooked ham, chopped mortadella, grated parmesan, and soaked bread crumbs.

    In the milk, drain and grate the nutmeg, then season with salt and pepper.

    Fill the tomatoes lightly with this preparation, sprinkle them with shredded cheese and chopped parsley.

    Arrange these stuffed tomatoes in a gratin dish, drizzle with oil and bake for half an hour at hot oven (180°C).
