    Split the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the seeds and add them to the cream, reserve them in the refrigerator.

    Husk and wash the strawberries well, cut ¾ of them into halves.

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

    Dip the biscuits in the strawberry liqueur diluted with water, place them at the bottom of the mold.

    To prepare the tiramisu, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens, mix with the mascarpone cheese, and let it rest in the freezer for 20 minutes.

    Take the cream out of the freezer and whip it into a mousse, incorporate it with the mascarpone and egg mixture.

    Place the cream on top of the biscuits, cover with strawberries, and repeat until reaching the top of the mold, finish with the cream and reserve in the refrigerator for the mixture to firm up.

    Decorate the top with strawberries and serve cold.
