Grind the almonds, finely chop the parsley and mix everything with two tablespoons of oil.

Cook the hard-boiled eggs.

Cut the cod fillets into 12 pieces, coat them in flour.

Heat the remaining oil in a skillet, fry the fish pieces for about 10 minutes on high heat, turning them over.

Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Slice the eggs into quarters.

Place the fish in a buttered baking dish, arrange asparagus and egg slices on top, and pour the almond-parsley sauce over everything.
