    Cool it down to 27Β°C: either by adding cold chocolate or by waiting patiently (about 15 minutes).

    Heat the melted chocolate in a double boiler again.

    It should reach a temperature of 31Β°C.

    Your chocolate is now tempered.

    It will be shiny, crisp, and will not melt at room temperature.

    Keep the chocolate at 31Β°C.

    Very lightly grease Easter egg molds with a cotton pad or kitchen towel.

    Deposit a first layer of chocolate in the molds using a brush.
