Place the dough at the bottom of the dish.

Mix the cream cheese, milk, eggs, a pinch of nutmeg and salt, julienne (hair) diced leek whites sautéed in butter, grated gruyère, and lardoons of ham boiled for 1 minute then sautéed.

Fill the bottom and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

You can cook the dough white before coloring. Serve hot.
