Wash, peel, then cut your potatoes lengthwise, 2 to 3 times depending on their size. Pour half of the onion and garlic mixture into a baking dish, then cover with your trout, and add the potatoes on top along with the second half of the onions. Add the 30 cl of white wine all around the fish, and add the 50 gr of butter to the dish. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and take out the dish as soon as the potatoes are golden brown.
