In your Thermomix, heat the milk, oil, and yeast for 2 minutes at 37Β°C.

Add the flour, salt, eggs, and yogurt and knead for 5 minutes.

After a minute, add the melted butter without stopping the kneading of the dough.

Once the dough is kneaded, let it rest in the closed Thermomix for 20 minutes to rise.

While the dough rests, place all the Laughing Cow cheese slices in a bowl and mix them.

Flour your work surface.

Place the dough on it, then divide it into 8 equal parts.

Using a pastry rolling pin, thinly roll out the dough (to about 3 to 4 mm), making it the size of a plate.

Spread two tablespoons of Laughing Cow cheese on one piece of dough.
