Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Peel and slice the onions into half-rings.

Fry them in a well-heated pan with olive oil.

Once golden, remove them and fry the lardons.

Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes in salted water and drain them.

Cut the reblochon into 2 pieces lengthwise then crosswise.

Mix the potatoes with the lardons and onions.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of the mixture, roughly cover it with some slices of reblochon and repeat as necessary.

Cover the top of the tartiflette with a good amount of reblochon then bake for 20 minutes.
