Meatball Mini Buns
Small bread rolls stuffed with lamb meat that will be a huge hit at appetizer time!

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, powdered milk and add a pinch of salt, 4 tbsp of olive oil and lukewarm water until you get a dough that is easy to knead.

Knead the dough for a few minutes and form into a ball.

Let the dough rest under a cloth until it doubles in volume.

In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add the chopped onion, grated garlic, and chopped parsley.

Sauté the onion, garlic, and parsley in olive oil in a pan.

Add the ground meat with salt, pepper, and spices.

Cook on low heat for 10 minutes then add the tomato paste with some water.

Divide the bread dough into about ten balls and roll them out on a floured work surface.

Add the filling in the middle of each portion of divided dough then cover it with the dough.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rest.

Brush them with a mixture of milk and egg yolk.
