Place 2 plates on your work surface, one with 2 tablespoons of flour, the other with the 50 gr of breadcrumbs. In a bowl, beat your 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper. Flatten your fillets with a knife, then coat them in order: flour, eggs, then breadcrumbs. In a pan, melt 50 gr of butter and cook your breaded fillets for 3 min on one side, then 3 min on the other until they are golden brown. Chop the parsley, place your fillets in each plate, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over each breaded sea bream fillet, and serve hot.
