Salmon and Broccoli Lasagna

First, boil the broccoli for 15 minutes in boiling water.

While the broccoli is cooking, make a bechamel without butter: heat one tablespoon of flour in a saucepan, add milk and whisk with a whisk until you get a béchamel sauce, then add 500 g of white cheese, and mix again.

Season, add dill and chives.

Cook the salmon fillet on a stove or in the microwave.

Next, in a baking dish, place a thick layer of béchamel, followed by a layer of lasagna noodles covering the entire bottom.

On this first layer of pasta, put another layer of béchamel so that the pasta is well soaked with sauce (it won't stick to the bottom).

Then add some small pieces of salmon and broccoli.

Place another layer of pasta and pour over the béchamel, place the salmon and broccoli again, and continue stacking until the top.
