      Crack the egg and separate the white from the yolk.

    Set aside the white, then mix the egg yolk with the béchamel, cheese, and shrimp.

    Lay plastic wrap down and pour the mixture on top.

    Shape into a sausage roll, then place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

    Remove the roll from the wrap and cut it into slices.

    Pour flour into one bowl, the egg white into another, and breadcrumbs into a third.

    Dredge the slices first in flour, then dip them in the egg white, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil in a deep fryer to 180 degrees.

    Fry the slices in small batches.
